I am grateful for the top notch customer service however, as they are always there to help me find my way through the program. Cons: The private lesson module is not ideal. I should be able to reschedule a one off lesson or cancel a lesson easily so that it reflects better on my calendar. I am unable to mark attendance for my instructors without having to be added to their class and accessing the portal. I also wish there was a way I could reschedule a one off lesson without having to create a whole new "class". The interface is outdated and some times hard to find your way around.
