Once I got the hang of the software, I found it very helpful. The Customer Support was amazing as well.

Rescheduling is way more difficult than it needs to be.

First of all, the price is fantastic for a small business - you pay per teacher you're managing and the base subscription price is outstanding.

Why are the FAQs so limited. Why do I get your voicemail when I call customer service during business hours.
