Fantastic software that is totally customizable to my business. Great service too.

Simple, customizable, and easy to use with great support. From my experience there is no service that even compares. Between the adaptable technology, amazing support, and ease of use I couldn't be happier. I hope every gym uses them, except my competitors. Thank you, Wellness Living for making the success of my gym much easier, and for all your support.

PROS

I've been with Wellness Living for about 2 ½ years now. I've used multiple softwares at my gym in the past including EZ Facility, Zen Planner, and Mindbody. I've definitely had experience with other options. I must tell you, I have no intention of ever going back. Wellness Living has outperformed every other service I've ever used on every level. Every other service expected me to change my business to accommodate their software! That seemed crazy to me. Wellness Living adapted their software to my business's needs. That was huge for my business. On top of that, the app is fantastic, it works seamlessly and my clients love the ease of use for booking an appointment and purchasing additional services and products. Their support is second to none if I have a question or an issue it's never difficult to find someone and get it resolved quickly. The reporting is completely customizable which I love. The rewards program is easy to implement and has been fantastic for incentivizing the behaviors that grow our gym. The SEO boost I received from starting with Wellness Living has been great and made my job MUCH easier. Along the digital lines, I also have to say that their data migration was the easiest I've ever experienced. They handled everything. If you've ever experienced the typical nightmare of data migration you know how huge a benefit that is.

Best club software!

PROS

I have used Mindbody, Shape.net, and other software that were not as user friendly and were over-priced. I have loved the support WellnessLiving offers as well as their monthly releases with new updates and features always trying to improve their product based on feedback.

CONS

I do not have any complaints and I would recommend Wellness Living to any business.

Reasons for switching to WellnessLiving

Mindbody support was very difficult to work with and they kept raising my monthly dues. It was a no brainer for me to switch!

I should not have hired them

I realized that I need to spend more money to hire a company that provides a product that actually works. Trust me, I wanted it to work, but it was the most frustrating year I business I have ever had trusting them... Also, when I canceled with Wellness Living and did the data migration to another company, Wellness Living did the worst job. I was almost as if Wellness Living was a joke and I was being fooled. I am sorry to be so harsh but I need to let people know not to hire unless they want to add stress to their lives. I also need Wellness Living to know that their product is extremely flawed and should not be sold to people yet. It needs a rebuild and needs to focus on fixing the basic needs and not adding useless features while the most simple needs the product can provide, like time zone changes, never worked correctly.

PROS

I am not quite sure there is much I liked about Wellness Living. As soon as I went LIVE I was disappointed with their product and their awful, yet cheerful, customer service. I guess what I liked most was that I was hopeful that it would be a success? But it was far from a good experience.

CONS

There was always a bug that needed to be fixed. The calendars do not sync to email calendars. The customer service was more like customer frustration, they literally never helped. They would always say that a bug was the "system behavior" and then send me to the "community forum" which was useless. It was a waste of time even submitting issues to their customer support team as it would take days for a response and the response NEVER solved the problem.

They swindled me with charm and price, but I made a huge mistake going with them.

Hey Matthew, I'm sorry your experience wasn't positive. At WellnessLiving, we're all about supporting our customers at every step of the journey. That includes the extensive support as part of our qualification process even prior to the sign up, it includes the extensive onboarding and support process while you migrate to our platform, and it includes the extensive support available to you post-launch. I looked into your account and unfortunately it just seems that our platform may not have been a good fit for you. You had six separate hour-long training calls with your dedicated onboarding specialist (typically, each account does two) in addition to dozens of separate inquiries with our support team during the time you were with us. Apart from two exceptions, there were no bugs found in the software although I do see that you had made requests to have several features added into the software. For instance, you told our agent that you wanted to sync your calendar with Outlook, which was not an integration we offered at the time, as opposed to a Google Calendar sync which was available (update: Outlook sync now added as of May 2023). Similarly, you had requested a time zones feature for use with Appointments, which at the time, was a feature available with some service types but not Appointments (update: Appointment time zones added as of Aug 2022). This is a really important distinction, because if there's a bug, or the system isn't working as intended - we'll fix it right away. In this case, these were requests to add a feature we didn't have. That's why our agent may have directed you to our Community Forum to submit a request where other users can vote on it. I noticed that there were several features like that, where you mentioned they were really important to you and it's unfortunate that these weren't discussed prior to sign-up, or during the onboarding process. At WellnessLiving, we do everything we can to help our customers to succeed. That's why we ask a lot of questions during the extensive qualification process prior to the sign-up, to be fully sure we have everything you need to run your business. During onboarding, same thing. You have a dedicated specialist who will spend as much time as you need so that you're confident and ready to move forward. Wellness Living Runs my business

PROS

The mobile app and widgets that integrate with my website are very useful in real time scheduling and re-scheduling clients.

CONS

The frequent updates are great but sometimes can get confusing and change things before you know how to use them in the update.
