Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Router or network configuration can be managed. Very flexible in what it can do and provides integration with custom scripts, like you can use your own powershell scripts.
  • There are many benefits to this product. The ability to see the status of whatever you want to monitor in one pane of glass has got to be the most important.
  • Cons

  • Learning curve is an issue if you are not used to this type of product. There are so many possibilities that it is sometimes difficult deciding where to start.
  • Right now the only issue we have with the package is that if we lose connection to our WLC/APs in our environment we have to set those back up.

  • It does everything you can think of. Probably the premiere RMM solution on the market.
  • Nice interface with LOTS of features. Fast remote access with lots of control options.
  • Cons

  • Limited reporting functionalities. The API is also very limited.
  • The risk of failure seemed much too large for a system built on an OS that we don't know very well. Finally, the sales tactics are incredibly strong.
