This application has some advanced features like root-cause diagnosis. It is an analyzing method used to detect the root of the problem due to which the problem is the cause in the network protocol and it also helps the users to correct the problem caused by anything. It is a 4-dimensional data and network monitoring application. It has some more features for APM like diagnostic tools, server performance, performance control, and resource management. This application is available on websites only and it provides only online documentation to teach their users how to use this application to overcome users' needs. It provides customer services only during business hours and if you have internet connections only then you can get the customer service of this application. AppNeta also has a custom dashboard that gives all things about network analysis. #### Cons AppNeta has few disadvantages mentioned here. It is not available for any device except websites and you can use this application only when you have secured internet connections. Instead of relying on Statuspage only, which is updated by SaaS providers. #### Cons The enterprise license is somewhat expensive side.
