Pros
- When the company is small and doesn't have a lot of groups built into the needs. It does a great job for basic cyber defense.
- It stops and cleans up malware that slows down and compromises your computer. The customer service reps are very helpful and generally respond to emails within 1 day.
Cons
- The sales person sent a reminder email that was quite condescending and really aggravated me. As a result I did not purchase the enterprise product.
- When at a user's computer, we are unable to view logs while at that computer and instead have to go login to the UI at the IT desk to view those logs which is inconvenient.
Pros
- The RMM agents are very easy to install/created, the interface is very visual and the configuration simple but strong.
- It tells me everything I need to know about a computer and what's going on. The integrations have been a huge help.
Cons
- The SNMP support for monitoring network devices doesn't give one the needed in-site into standard network devices. Another weakness is the inability to group devices within sites.
- If I have to come up with a con though, it's that there is no billing portal.
