About PingPlotter

PingPlotter is a network monitoring and troubleshooting tool that visualizes connection performance through graphical displays. It is designed to help identify the source of network issues in various environments, including home networks and business settings.

The software tracks network metrics such as latency, packet loss, and jitter, while mapping the path between a device and its endpoint. It collects performance data continuously and presents it in charts that provide insights into network health. Alerts can be configured for performance issues, and the Cloud version includes AI-powered troubleshooting. It also evaluates connection quality for VoIP, RDP, and video calls using carrier data scoring.

The Desktop version is installed locally on macOS or Windows computers for single-location testing. The Cloud version supports monitoring multiple remote connections through a centralized web dashboard. Both versions allow diagnostic data to be shared with IT teams or internet service providers to help identify and address network problems.

Pros:
Ease of use. Just type in the address you want to ping and hit enter.
Cons:
I wish that I could rename the pings instead of just showing the IP address for testing VPN purposes. Being able to label the ping by the location name would be awesome.

Amazing Product! Everything I needed

5

Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I know you will to. I only needed it for personal reasons in tracking packet loss and if you need something like this it's worth trying the 2 week free trial. Everything is very straight forward and someone whose a bit computer illiterate like me can still use the software well.
