  • I've found the solution easy to use and very helpful in showing status to my ISP and others. The online help has been useful as I investigate my observations, etc.
  • Monitoring the first 30 IP addresses at once is very practicalPingplotter provides great ease of use for monitoring internal applications.
  • PingPlotter is a powerful tools to check networks, bandwidth, latency and other stuff. It's the best choice on the market considering its features and its price.
  • Cons

  • I was getting absolutely no where fast with Spectrum until I installed PingPlotter and began tracing routes, times, and packet loss.
  • I'm not sure what my issue with internet interruption is.
  • Graph designs are a bit ugly to look at and sometimes agents do not want to share this with customers.

  • I love the ease of the ticketing system and the professionalism of the emails that come out from it. I have used some other IT help desk platforms but this one works really well.
  • I love Spiceworks so much and very satisfied with it, especially how we can be proactive by using widgets like drive space on machines and get alerts to proactively resolve issues.
  • I love that it's not just free but a fantastic help to most IT infrastructures. Being able to run reports for managing offices is invaluable.

  • Unfortunately, as we transition to the cloud from on site servers for my local users, many of the features are lost and we had to look at all of our options.
  • What I dislike about the software it crashes most of them based on feedback from Adminstrator. And as End-user, the URL is not available for use.
  • Limited features and functionalities base on feedback from the Administrator.
