Easy to use, and easy to adjust all the alerting to your specific needs. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros The dashboards are easy to use and very flexible with alerting (you can tune the alerts for a SAAS item based on region etc) The "end user" dashboard is very intuitive for both technical and no-technical staff to understand at a glance #### Cons I have nothing bad to say. This saves us significant time in the early stages of an incident, allowing us to focus on the cause more quickly.the filtering is also fantastic, allowing us to only be alerted for the services we use from a vendor, instead of their entire suit of productions and regions. #### Cons I can't think of anything. Its a simple product that does its job very well. #### Reasons for choosing StatusGator Status Gator offered a free trial, so we could very quickly see that it represented great value for us. We tied this in with our helpdesk so when a service is having issues it puts a banner up warning the users reducing the number of tickets for issues that are out of our control. #### Cons If you have multiple dashboards it can get a little confusing navigating to them to manage them.
