Its hard to focus on what you need to see as the interface is very cluttered. Also, Hardware requirements and licensing can be taxing.

VSphere has robustness with simple ease of use and equally easy deployment with great support and documentation.

Pricing for smaller business can be a pain. Smaller companies that are trying to adopt VMware will find it very hard on the wallet.

Very friendly interface and the ability to increase VM specs without the need to shutdown the VM also very stable when migrating VMs from a host to another.

Now I run all our servers on VMWare with an integrated remote cloud service for backup. Just the ability to preserve data stored in the vintage ERP alone was worth the cost.

It is a great software, even masterpiece in some aspects. But it feels as it requires too much resources and money to be justified in the most of cases.

With the recent Corvid outbreak, we were actually able to implement VPNs and grant remote access without having to invest in new hardware.

Having something that remote workers could access, that was stable and secure meant we able to weather the storm. The ESXi is easy to access as it is web based.

The support from the community is one of the best things to work with vmWare. Almost all the companies are compatible or run over vmWare vSphere.

Impossible to convert a machine to a virtual machine on the same hard disk of the local machine...you need another hard drive or network drive.

I think it’s very best and effective software for business and company so definitely i recommend this over any other software.

Trial licensing can be confusing and the fact that end of the trial disables features could be catastrophic to some deployments.

I've had a 50/50 success rate with support. Sometimes they've been quite helpful and have gone out of their way to follow through.

Overall, I think  it is  worth it, as far as pricing goes. It  is a sturdy, robust product.

Its from my personal experience, I face difficulty in the start. After some time we will get used to it.

I am a happy user of Wireshark. I would use it frequently and recommend the same for the people who are stepping forward to learn about networks.

One feature I don't like about Wireshark is that I am unable to change the payload as it only captures but does not allow to manipulation of data.

As of now, I don't have anything which I don't like about this software.

Wireshark was easy to use as a packet inspection tool. I like the feature of colorizing the packets so its gets highlighted and easy for inspection of different types of traffic.

I love the privacy part of it, and also it's solid for our daily use.

The only negative thing I feel is the user interface and the filter's. It's not beginner friendly.

It is an amazing application i have been using it for more than 2 years and i have started using it in my graduation project connecting and stability of it is amazing.

Also, I use both the Linux and Windows operating system and Wireshark is available for both the system and that's a good aspect of Wireshark.

It has very user friendly interface. Our team also uses TUI version of Wireshark - TShark.

Only con I can think of is that it requires administrator priviledges on Windows to capture packets on interfaces but it is more of a system thing than software fault.

Great tool for troubleshooting all kinds of problems and bugs. It works perfectly with any kind of OS and helps to capture all the traffic going trough your network.

I don't really have any qualms except to say it is intimidating at first to a non-professional.

I have been using this since I was in my school. It is very much easy to use if you have the proper documentation.

Great GUI, great filtering and great form of displaying packet captures. It is the best software to analyze traffic with.

Network monitoring is the best feature which I liked most about this software. It helps us trace the network packet if there is an issue while transferring or receiving the data to our server.

It allows capturing and inspecting the packets from all the available network adapters. I also love the packet filtering feature so that I can filter and see the desired types of packets.

I sometimes use it for monitoring all devices around the house and watching them communicate from time to time, it is really fun sometimes to see all those patterns that make devices run properly.
