-   I liked the ease of use for the Norton Anti-virus software, as well as the after-sales support when it comes to help with installing in multiple environments or a network of many machines, ensuring they are all secure whilst remaining a consistent connection.
    
-   After FINALLY getting it through their head that I am NOT trying to change my password for online access, they advised me to use the "Removal Tool" after I wouldn't let them connect remotely to my computer due to client protected files in which I could be sued if something happened.
