About PhishingBox

PhishingBox is a cloud-based security awareness training platform that helps small to large organizations conduct simulated phishing attacks to identify end-users’ susceptibility to threats. Features include pre-defined phishing emails, automated workflows, reporting, real-time alerts and website cloning.

The solution enables administrators to set up training courses, auto-enroll employees, and analyze the security posture across the entire organization. With its phishing simulator module, trainers can create multiple tests targeting specific groups, build custom phishing templates using the editor and configure email content, training moments and more. Additionally, supervisors can send security tips to employees and provide real-time information to end-users who failed the test.

PhishingBox offers integration with several third-party platforms such as Bridge, Moodle, Okta, Ping Identity and more. The solution is available on annual subscriptions and support is extended via email and phone.

    PhishingBox is extremely easy to use with options to schedule testing for future authorization. It has a highly responsive notification network and a customizable dashboard which is a user friendly deal.
    Cons:
    The only challenges we faced during the preliminary stages was deployment and set up. However, it is now easy to add new functions.

    This software is very effective, easy-to-use security awareness training and threat protection platform. Its overall cost-effectiveness and automation make it impressive to see how we can reduce the risk and achieve our cybersecurity goals with least manual intervention. We didn't used the real-time protection features but awareness training program is overall is the best feature of this software.
    Cons:
    The not-so-occasional inability to further customize an option is a bit vexing for the more advanced user, but again, a very minor point that takes little away from the overall utility of the software.

    We used PhishingBox to train our small team and to assess their knowledge of phishing scams. I must confess, I was a bit skeptical of this software before we used it. After the training, I was impressed with what we achieved. Everyone should use this software.

    The best things about PhishingBox are:(1) It has a lovely interface and that helps users to have a seamless experience with this software.(2) It offered an immersive and extensive course on identifying and avoiding real cyber threats. My team and I learnt a lot while using this software.(3) They have enough templates that we could choose from.(4) Management can easily reach people for follow-up training (5) It's not expensive and can be used by small business owners.
    Cons:
    The knowledge gained from using this software has prevented us from being victims of some email scams in the past few months. So, there's nothing to dislike about this software. It's a lifesaver!

    Overall Phishinox is a very reliable and robust phishing simulator platform. While there are some limitations but UI, Template editor, and Email scanning make this tool very useful.
