  • Pros

  • What I love most SpamTitan is its reliability. It is a well-designed and effective software with fantastic customer service.
  • Easy to implement and manage. The user interface is very straight forward and we love that it is branded with our company's logo.
  • Cons

  • The only point that i dislike is, there are no access to the software from other device except from my computer, as it only operating from stand-alone application for desktop.
  • The daily report of spam or something with held was to long of a delay.

  • One benefit that we love is adding and modifying fields in the ticketing system to keep track of certain information of the customer.
  • Great library of extensions, integrations, and more. The forums are extremely helpful too.
  • Cons

  • It does lack some features that you get from a paid alternative such as Autotask,, things such as integrating into an RMM system.
  • What I dislike about the software it crashes most of them based on feedback from Adminstrator. And as End-user, the URL is not available for use.
