The software works. It is not very demanding on the PC. Finds things that other anti-virus systems don't. It found stuff that my regular anti-virus software didn't BUT none of these things was actually a big problem. Mostly cookies, adware, and stuff like that. There are several nice and slick things about it. Cons: You can't scan a file individually. I was very surprised about this fact. I contacted support and they confirmed it. I am not willing to scan an entire partition in order to find out if a 5MB file is suspicious or not. Not sure why they didn't figure this would be an extremely useful feature but they didn't add it. I can easily do it with my main anti-virus suite. The price is high for what it offers. I decided to try it and see if there's anything fishy on my PC. There wasn't. That's about the nicest thing I could say. Cons: It did NOTHING that it said that it did (for free). After waiting forever for the scan, it agreed to fix "privacy" issues for free, but insisted upon a substantial fee to fix the malware (which is NOT how it is advertised--"can fix this malware for FREE!!!").
