  • Pros

  • Overall Brandwatch has been great for its robust features, including real-time monitoring, customizable dashboards, sentiment analysis, influencer identification, and competitive benchmarking.
  • We believe that the ability to create applications in the program is one of the best features of the Falcon platform. Besides, what we like about the program is its measure function.
  • I like the ease of use when assigning messages to my team. I also like the calendar view and the ease with which can reschedule posts.
  • Cons

  • From lack of Reel support to improper data reporting to extra line breaks and "<?>" boxes when you schedule posts, Falcon is an overpriced nightmare that you should avoid at all costs.
  • However, the tool doesn't respond well to being pushed too far. Reporting is restricted, team set up has odd quirks, and some of the bonus features detract more than anything.
  • Customer service is poor and that makes or breaks a company. The queries were not always easy to write and trouble shooting them wasn't easily done within the program.

  • It is a great application for people to collaborate, showcase their photography and videography skills. The instagram application has a great collaborative community and it is ever-growing.

  • Business pages get lost int he algorithms and its extremely frustrating when you are just not seen.
  • Ads can get expensive if you are looking to generate leads through the platform. There also seems to be a lot of fake and spam accounts.
  • The customer service is literally the worst. They take a very long time to get back to you, makes it very frustrating whether you have a personal or business account.
