Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer service was fantastic. Once I got past the learning curve I was good to go.

  • The product is user friendly and the team is very responsive.

  • Cons

  • Honestly, I cannot think of any issues with this product. The only thing is to have more graphics??

  • The tech support is not open enough hours. On the other hand, when you do get hold of them they are all native English speakers without distracting, confusing, indecipherable singsong accents.

  • Pros

  • The amazing number of features. The support is awesome and the costs are reasonable.

  • It is very easy to use, I like that I can update member information and it reflect immediately.

  • Cons

  • It has almost too many options. LOL - it is getting hard to navigate, but on the other hand I like the ability to use the additional options.

  • A few features aren't intuitive, but these are mostly the "behind the scenes" administrative tasks.
