Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer service was fantastic. Once I got past the learning curve I was good to go.

  • The product is user friendly and the team is very responsive.

  • Cons

  • Honestly, I cannot think of any issues with this product. The only thing is to have more graphics??

  • The tech support is not open enough hours. On the other hand, when you do get hold of them they are all native English speakers without distracting, confusing, indecipherable singsong accents.

  • Pros

  • I really liked the salespeople and the way thy helped you with anything you needed. This is the best customer support I've seen from all mobile bidding sites.

  • Easy for customers to use. Great support. Have suggested to other chapters to implement online bidding with Gesture for their events.

  • Cons

  • While the sign making function is a big time saver, the printed signs were not as visually impactful as those we had previously designed. The formatting could be improved.

  • Some things are very customizable, and some things are not. It would be beneficial to have more flexibility and less rigidity on parts of the website design, automated forms/responses, etc.
