Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer service was fantastic. Once I got past the learning curve I was good to go.

  • The product is user friendly and the team is very responsive.

  • Cons

  • Honestly, I cannot think of any issues with this product. The only thing is to have more graphics??

  • The tech support is not open enough hours. On the other hand, when you do get hold of them they are all native English speakers without distracting, confusing, indecipherable singsong accents.

  • Pros

  • Very easy to navigate, lots of tutorials and resources online, and aesthetically pleasing. Such a step up from Filemaker 2003

  • I like the automatic emails that are sent as confirmation of membership/event ticket purchases and renewal emails.

  • Cons

  • We don't have any dislikes so far and I don't foresee any issues to arise but we are confident in the support team if we do.

  • Slightly more expensive than some alternatives, but again, it is a great value for the price that you pay.
