It's easy to use until you find a problem and want to stop using it automatically.

Specifically, I appreciate that the contribution forms have an intuitive interface and are customizable whether you are an administrator or user.

Because he was not clearly I was checking our credit card charges routinely and noticed repeated charges by ACTBLUE in ever increasing amounts.

For example I donate your auto bond and I received your monthly magazine what you’re doing with my money and how they’re helping wildlife.

They have absolutely the worst record I've ever encountered in correcting charging errors.

It's mind-boggling that disbursements are only available as hard copy checks sent through snail mail. An electronic option is long overdue.

The tool makes it easy to find specific persons or organizations for my donations. It even cancelled a recurring donation automatically when my favorite person dropped out of the race.

Easy to use, easy to stop using. A fine way to  donate to candidate(s) you support.

There is no customer support AT ALL. There is no accountability for where my money goes or mistakes in billing or donations.

Their large existing database of donor information makes it easy for donors to send a quick contribution especially with the ActBlue Express feature.

What I liked most of all regarding this software have been the features offered to its users.

I have been using them for as long as they have been around and this is the first year that I have had this problem. Are they getting too big to focus on customer complaints.

Deceiving, unclear, non-existent customer service.

I was charged twice and I cannot get customer service to respond even though I contacted them immediately. I am now handling through my bank.

Had to cancel the card recurring payments were being made on to stop them.

I have emailed and called several times with absolutely no response. I have had to shut down my credit card to avoid them taking any more from me.

I think they are a scam and their unscrupulous activity reflects poorly on legitimate campaign funding.

I realized Act Blue had, without my knowledge or authorization, made a recurrent contribution. All I could do was cancel future payments, but the money was already taken.

The online support is also great. I am average when it come to using technology so having the online support when i need it is great.

Overall experience is awesome, this is a very good to use software for me as a tax professional and I believe business will continue to use it.

The ease of adding vendors and customers is great. Once you iron out the how to of the invoice templates they can be very useful to switch what is needed on each invoice per customer.

I had a little bit of trouble navigating through my past transactions for previous years. Other people have been having the same problems.

The user experience was awful compared to Xero I just could not get on with it. Unfortunately it just didn't work for me.

Up time is fantastic and they always send out down alerts immediately. Love the reports to Excel - works great.

Its automation is brilliant compared to how time-consuming it could be 20 years ago. Its The best feature is its integration with the banks.

I like that you can have multiple accounts imported into the software and even better by having the ability to sign into your account to link them directly.

This was a great way to bring on an outsourced bookkeeper for my practice which helps keep costs down.

Customer Service is 100% horrible and useless. Receipts doesn't work as it should for attaching to transactions.

Reconciling is miserable. I could go on and on, but I hate to relive the QB years where I felt inept and incapable of running the backside of our business.

The only problem with Virtual programs is the internet delays and the problems with making sure you can sync everything if two people have been working on it.

There is a reason this is so widely used. Great product, easy to use, great value for your money.

The price is pretty good, the functionality is great, and the reporting works really well for my business.

The best feature for Quickbooks is it’s seamless integration with other apps. The setup was easy as well.

It has a very good interface that enables me to work with effectively by utilizing all the available options with great understanding as well.

The problem is that doing your own taxes online becomes risky the more you have to account for.

If you run a small business or are self-employed, this is great to have. If you're like me and not great with spreadsheets, then this is what you need.

So far it's been really helpful. I am able to do my taxes quickly and payroll through quickbooks online has been wonderful and easy to use.

Customer service is horrible no one should have to wait on the phone for 2 hours for an answer and end up having to disconnect because no answer was provided.

Ease of use, with the tabs at the top it is very easy to navigate through the system. Also the ease of being able to change a transaction.

I HATE that I cannot simply download my QBO data into TurboTax. It makes no sense at all that I can't download Intuit data to another Intuit product.
