All the functionality for the price. It was looking merely for a mentoring  platform but was delighted to find that Almabase was so much more.

I've been slightly disappointed by the lack of customization on the platform.

However, the team is in the process of expanding that integration. I'll give a follow-up review once that's completed.

I like TT because it is an integrated Database, CRM and CMS - and the system is easy to use with training others a fairly simple process thanks to support from TT.

I don't think there is anything I don't like about the software.

ToucanTech are a very responsive company - they reply quickly and very helpfully to queries and feedback.

As with any software, human error can come into play.

It manages multiple functions which is great for a small office. The customisation is good and I have been impressed by the product enhancements and development since we started using the software.

Our previous database system was very limited and so all aspects of the Toucan Tech software are an imrovement for us.

Some of the advanced filters are difficult to master.

It can be frustrating having to enter the same address multiple times when adding details of a family.

The integration of our database was managed by the Toucan Tech support team and our IT department and and was fairly seamless and easy.

The system really allows the administrator to feel like they have both ownership of and a brilliant overview of their data.

We as a department are very pleased with ToucanTeach. It does what it says on the tin and more.

There are often small bugs or technical errors when using the 'advanced filters' to organise records for emails etc.

The benefits have been great, we invested at the same time as launching our bursary fund, so it's great to be working with super professional comms for this important group.

Report-writing can be tricky and not all fields are able to be selected. Sometimes the Toucan server can be slow to respond.

The weekly support emails are helpful and let you keep on top of new developments. Graphics are good, we have had good feedback about the 'look and feel' of communications from our alumnae community.

I like that you can customise the layout of the pages to suit your design needs. The advanced filter options to sort member data to choose a specific group is very useful.
