Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This is extremely affordable software for everyday Church needs. Their customer support is extremely helpful. Interface is easy to manage.

  • The dashboard is very powerful and provides a lot of data up front. Reports look very professional. Customer support is excellent!

  • Cons

  • I wish the giving statements were easily customizable. They look good, but it would be great for us if we could customize them.

  • The setup process can take some effort so that the software can perform what is desired to be accomplished and is properly customized for it.

  • Pros

  • The program is easy to use. I like the browser interface versus the desk top version as it is more modern and you can work off site.

  • Very easy to use as compared with other CRMs that I've tried. Friendly customer service. Very happy to have cloud based option to check when I'm out of the office.

  • Cons

  • The transition to the new software was a bit rocky but we were transferring information from several other platforms.

  • Navigating from one feature to another could be more user-friendly, and the search function has some limitations.
