We have to pay them back and it can be very frustrating for them as they have to wait days for their funds.

We have been using Appfolio since 2011 and along with it's easy of use, it's customer service is amazing.

I love that they are keeping up on the time. It helps to have it at our fingertips no matter what.

I still haven't figured out how to do a notification letter for someone who gives in honor/or memory of. I struggle with trying to run queries of certain categories, ie large donors, most frequent.

I am very pleased with Basic Funder and would recommend it to other non-profit organizations without hesitation.

Some of the reports are difficult to figure out how to produce - if it is not a common report.

We switched to Basic Funder from an old database and we are thrilled with the results. We are able to gain much more knowledge and information and tailor the reports to suit our needs.

An amazing software for nonprofits that allows you to manage events while.

Queries of specific information wanted is sometimes confusing.

I have used many database programs over the years and this one is by far the best. It is easy to learn, easy to use and so flexible.

I would recommend (and have) to any non-profit organization that wants complete information on their donor base and outreach to buy this product for its functionality and ease of use.

There is always a quick response to questions and a friendly voice to guide me through my experience. I would highly recommend this easy to use program to anyone looking to track donors.

While you may not need to send things often to Microsoft Word, when you do, it exports things in RichText format. This will be frustrating to some.

Mostly I love the software program and recommend it. The customer support is very helpful and always willing to take the time to explain.

Print Profile too detailed and doesn't give what we're looking for, a summary profile as a donor. No way to change batch information.
