We have to pay them back and it can be very frustrating for them as they have to wait days for their funds.

The accounting side can get confusing at times when there is a problem and we need to trouble shoot to find the solution.

This causes havoc for us as some tenants with due dates other than the 1st get charged twice in the longer months.

This program may be able to take you to the moon and back but if support is garbage, then the software is worthless for the user.

It has so many great features, especially integration with the tenants. We can do electronic leasing.

This is a very easy software to learn. Finding the information you need quickly is one of the best features to help with efficiencies in every job.

Integration with other software has been a challenge. Marketing reports are not as detailed as a result and that is a problem with larger properties where marketing data is entered by many.

Overall, I love the product and when I can get the assistance I need I am very happy. We aren't a huge company but we manage close to 300 doors, so we are respectable.

If you are looking for clound based solfware, use Quickbooks online. If you are looking for a desktop version, Fund EZ is a good choice.

Great technical support. They take responsibility for every issue presented to them and don't stop until the issue is resolved.

This is an excellent program if you need fund accounting. If you have outgrown quickbooks highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we were forced to switch away from this software in our first 6 months because the larger organization adopted different software.

Customization of reports is labor intensive and time consuming. Also, budget set up is at a global level which is difficult when setting up individual budgets.

The budgeting module is not very flexible and can be difficult to navigate.

Critical information from some workers may differ sometimes. Steep learning curve on product.

The reporting capabilities make it easy to provide reports to the funding sources to document expenses.

Was a little confusing the first few times around. This product fits my needs as of now.
