The accounting side can get confusing at times when there is a problem and we need to trouble shoot to find the solution.

This causes havoc for us as some tenants with due dates other than the 1st get charged twice in the longer months.

This program may be able to take you to the moon and back but if support is garbage, then the software is worthless for the user.

It has so many great features, especially integration with the tenants. We can do electronic leasing.

This is a very easy software to learn. Finding the information you need quickly is one of the best features to help with efficiencies in every job.

Integration with other software has been a challenge. Marketing reports are not as detailed as a result and that is a problem with larger properties where marketing data is entered by many.

Overall, I love the product and when I can get the assistance I need I am very happy. We aren't a huge company but we manage close to 300 doors, so we are respectable.

I've had a lot of trouble with this app, even after I download it I'm unable to give with out wifi. This makes it very difficult during offering time if I don't have cash or checks.

I like that you can give and or donate to your church via an app.

Also, everything is automatic and I can easily track how much money we raised over a certain period or how much money a certain person donated.

I love that this software offers a report of everyone  who has donated within a specific range. That is very useful for tracking purposes.

Givelify is so easy to use for donors as well as non-profits (users). Our non profit uses it for fundraising and it is super easy and straightforward.

It is VERY convenient and helpful. Plus, when you sign up for a free account, you can keep a log of what you have donated through the app.

Weekend Support Non-Existant - Beware of Fake Accounts.

There is no selection for a church member to enter their church #number.

It's more than efficient and user friendly and the support team gets the job done when you reach out to them.

It is not as easy to give a refund if someone makes a mistake. It took days to setup because of the verification process with the church.

The customer service is something better than superior. They are quick to respond and the responses make sense.
