We have to pay them back and it can be very frustrating for them as they have to wait days for their funds.

We have been using Appfolio since 2011 and along with it's easy of use, it's customer service is amazing.

I love that they are keeping up on the time. It helps to have it at our fingertips no matter what.

The intuitiveness is remarkable and our time savings are significant. Amazing product, service and company.

I've overall enjoyed this system and surely don't know all the cool things it does. I appreciate any education on how to better leverage the tools it offers and how to do things more efficiently.

The accounting side can get confusing at times when there is a problem and we need to trouble shoot to find the solution.

It really helps keep everything in one place, organized and accurate. I love that they are always improving by upgrading or adding new features.

This causes havoc for us as some tenants with due dates other than the 1st get charged twice in the longer months.

I also like that every tenant I have now pays online where I never have to process a check or money order, so collecting rent each month is easy. It is a great system to use.

Our owner loves the ease with which we can give him reports and answer his questions on costs etc all the way down to the individual door level.

This program may be able to take you to the moon and back but if support is garbage, then the software is worthless for the user.

It has so many great features, especially integration with the tenants. We can do electronic leasing.

They are super friendly and always willing to help. The yearly customer conferences are great.

This is a very easy software to learn. Finding the information you need quickly is one of the best features to help with efficiencies in every job.

Integration with other software has been a challenge. Marketing reports are not as detailed as a result and that is a problem with larger properties where marketing data is entered by many.

Great user friendly program, very easy to navigate through all areas and I love the way everything is tied together when researching things.

The customer service is amazing. I am always called back usually the same day and they email information to help solve an issue prior to calling you.

The on boarding was great. The service I have had while we have had Appfolio has been top notch.

I love the ease of use of this software. It gives me so many options for reporting, investigating any issues, and my tenants love that they can pay online and request maintenance online as well.

Overall, I love the product and when I can get the assistance I need I am very happy. We aren't a huge company but we manage close to 300 doors, so we are respectable.

We love the reporting, the customer support, the owners love the reports. The ACH payment to owners is great.

The accounting or the processes are sometimes weird. If you do not follow them, you end up in trouble.

Later down the line they must've restructured their support team and it's been terrible.

Easy of use for grant searches. Provides comprehensive information on grant submissions.

I like the search feature and the template tasks. I like the ease of use and the help features including the Thompson training materials and the electronic uniform guidance database.

I've also had excellent experience with customer service. Each time I've had a question or concern, they have responded to my inquiry right away and resolved the issue quickly.

It is difficult to create and edit reports. The project management section is not intuitive.

It is their attention to details and responsiveness that makes eCivis an incredible resource. The Grants Network software is extremely simple and user friendly when researching grant opportunities.

Takes a while to learn and then difficult if you do not use it often. Too many ways to travel to wrong site for uploading documents.

The only thing I've found inconvenient is that there isn't a search function on the homepage.

Lastly, their customer services is outstanding - extremely fast and of high quality. Even using the emails, I would always get an answer within 2 hours, sometimes within minutes.

I get lost in the layers of information available.

I love how user friendly the software is and how available the staff is to help us. Even if staff is not available, they always make the time to reach out to us and make an appointment.

ECIVIS provides a very good return on the investment. I would certainly recommend using eCIVIS to any member of the municipal community looking for a grants database.

The format provides easy access to information about specific grant opportunities.

I have more time to do other than things than search for grants and read grants that are dead ends.

My experience with this software has been very good because the software is user friendly and easy to work with.

Should be a good investment if you have the time and personnel.

I like how each grant page summarizes the most important details of each grant opportunity. It is very helpful when there is a previously awarded application.

Overall this is a very useful tool. The ability to search grants and share them with authorized Personnel is very useful.

The County's need is mostly Public Health, and there is no field for that.

That there are not more grants available in Illinois available for me to pursue that are also disability related.
