The longer I use @Ease, the more I like it - I'll need to run a new kind of report and find the parameters there already.

If I've made a mistake and have already printed the receipt it is difficult to fix the error.

Ease has been effective for tracking all donations for our agency and providing reports on donors, contacts and information for our board.

The training was good and certainly gave me a better idea of all what the program can do. Customer service is #1 and any and everytime I called I got the answer.

Pledge management, Import, Q express & Reports features are excellent. Great support & training from support team.

It is straightforward, easy to learn, amazing support, reasonable price, costs are not dependent on fluctuations of the Canadian dollar.

If I had a complaint it would be with non-profits opting for US software not Canadian.

Using the @Ease database has really improved the capturing of our information through features such as the receipt notes and qualities.

I actually can't think of anything that I don't like about the software.

I have been to Edmonton for two separate customize training session and with out a word of a doubt that ability for us to better target our donors is amazing.

Not at all cumbersome like some databases. The Q-Xpress feature makes pulling information quick and easy.

I've worked with a big database that everyone has heard of and can say that @ease is capable of everything that I ever used that big one for - and at a fraction of the price.

The phone support I receive is outstanding and provided very quickly so that's the best part of my user experience.

Jacked up prices, extortionist mentality,  poor business practices, unprofessional support, machiavellian attitude sales doctrines, etc.

There are times when we bump into a defect, these defects will impact our business processes and users.

Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

From contract negotiation, implementation and after sales support, this has been my worst vendor experience as a 20 year professional.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

I like that I can store all of the companies information in one place. I like that our customers are easy to find.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

We have muliple units of the organisation which is very much effective to manage from this product service. Consolidation of Accounts: Very easy  I love it.

Need extensive expertise and training. Hard to integrate with other platforms.

The video tutorials are very monotone and boring.
