Award Force is award-winning software for leading awards organisers to manage awards entry and judging online.

Designed for performance and function, its fast, secure and a great experience for entrants, judges and contest managers.

Features of Award Force include role-based access, payment processing, alerts/notifications, allocation tracking, customizable layouts, auditing, content management and more. Program managers can utilize the entry archiving module to maintain a repository of submissions and sort through previous records for specific results. Additionally, it allows judges to export and download candidate applications in PDF formats for future reference.

Award Force facilitates integration with various third-party applications such as Salesforce, Copyleaks and more. Pricing is available on annual subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Pros:

I couldn't recommend AwardsForce more highly for their platform. NDS uses it for 3 Awards programs and it is extremely user friendly, as well as being highly accessible for people who require alt text, screen readers, etc.

Cons:

Pricing is a bit high for the Pro tier however we've been able to manage with the Growth plan.

I can't remember which other products we considered, however AwardsForce came up as the best product for ease of use and accessibility.

Love Award Force, Especially Customer Service

My overall experience with Award Force has been great. We have been using it for 4 years now and find that it can be tailored to meet our needs.

Pros:

Customer Service is outstanding. Whenever we have an issue, the staff replies quickly and helps solve our problem. The fact that staff are located around the world allows you to get help outside of the 8:00 to 5:00 workday.

Cons:

Award Force appeared complex when we first began using the platform several years ago. Over time, it has become much easier, and we spend less time seeking help.

Pros:

Keeping award nominees, judges, and information organized. The fields make for easy sorting and filing. And repeating yearly nominations is so easy.

Cons:

There is a lot of information to sort through to make the award process flow smoothly for all users, but there are help videos at the top of each page to assist with specific tasks.

Awards tool for my awards program

Overall experience is good with the tool. easy to set up and reviewing and run the nomination report. but the bug issue is keep happening all the time. this make me not very happy with this tool.

The structure, the analysis report, export the data I received. allow the attachment for people submission

Cons:

there are some bugs happened in last couple of days when I open my nomination process to large audience.

A great award management tool that deliver what I expect, and more.

I have been working with Award Force for almost four years now, and I am so grateful for the platform as it always delivers. Running competitions with an online jury has become so simple and secure because everything works so well. It is a smooth solution where all participants, jury members, and not least the competition management are always satisfied.

Pros:

Award Force has an enormous strength, and that is the support team. There is always someone who answers my questions, no matter what time of day I submit them. The service is 5-star, and everyone I've been in contact with in the team is so helpful and clear in their explanations.

A versatile, highly functional system, and . Outstandingly good help and coaching from real people at the other end who are knowledgable enough to answer all questions and check if things are ok in my configurations.

Cons:

Expensive, but worth it for the functionality.

Great support, intuitive, submitters and judges love it!

This company really gets the importance of support. When onboarding, it's easy to get overwhelmed, worried, stressed, and panicked. We did not experience any of that when onboarding with AF. Our rep was with us the entire way. Our millions of questions (and sometimes duplicate questions a week later) were happily answered, she listened and used our particular nomenclatures when responding. I also love the "sanity check" that is offered when a new program is added. Having someone review our program before we go live is invaluable.

Pros:

I love that is is easy for our members and judges to use. That ease of use helps with them participating in the awards program in subsequent years.

Cons:

Nothing major comes to mind, but I have a couple of minor dislikes. I wish there was better sorting capabilities on the screen views. Not all columns can be sorted. Also, some times our I need to provide reports to our board that the system doesn't provide. Luckily I can download everything into excel and create my own "ad hoc reports when needed.

Reasons for choosing Award Force

Award Force is very intuitive and user friendly. It offered better scoring options, and methods for creating judging teams. Also, during our due diligence, we spoke with other AF users about their feedback from submitters and judges, and all raved about the feedback. We are now one of those ravers as well. Our members and judges love AF! So do we.

Reasons for switching to Award Force

Their product was buggy and difficult to use. The final straw was they raised our pricing more than 300% in one year (with no change in subscription offereings.)

Their customer service is exceptional, if we experience issue or just have a question the Award Force team always responds quickly.

It is easy to use and retrieve your data at all times. We get over 19,000 submission in a year and Award Force allow us to manage submission with ease.

Cons:

I really have nothing bad to say. I have not experienced a time when I have been disappointed or unable to get the answers I need.

The best support team ever

The support team at AF are THE BEST. I've used this platform for 4 years and always manage to forget how to do things year on year - they're always there to help out, jump on a zoom. The videos and help links are super useful

A very intuitive platform, once you have the overall layout of your awards program clearly planned out

Cons:

Can feel clunky to get started and takes a while to get used to. Can be tricky to copy and align from old seasons to new, if you make any changes to categories/score sets
