Pros/Cons
Pros
- This feature rich product, coupled with the outstanding support package, makes it ideal for us would not hesitate to recommend Basic Funder to other non-profit and charitable organizations.
- We switched to Basic Funder from an old database and we are thrilled with the results. We are able to gain much more knowledge and information and tailor the reports to suit our needs.
- We wanted the ability to generate a more appropriate thank you letter, to go with the receipt, and are pleased with what we are able to do.
Cons
- There is not much that I can say that is negative. When i have asked for support it was provided.
- Queries of specific information wanted is sometimes confusing.
- I previously worked for a non-profit and their program for database information was haphazard and very difficult to work with and maintain.
Pros
- We are thankful to have Eleo as the price and database capabilities fit our budget for a small non-profit like us. The support team has been very friendly and helpful.
- The Help resources are comprehensive and very useful. Eleo support has been great to work with during the data import and implementation process.
- I like the simple integration with MailChimp. The training, support, and online resources are outstanding.
Cons
- I'm still relatively new to this product, so any 'trouble' I'm having may very well be yet my own lack of understanding on how to do something.
- When you first log on, there is so much that one may feel overwhelmed and confused.
- But we're talking two second sometimes two or three second response as opposed to one second. I don't thing it's going to hurt productivity at all.
