Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The ease of use which makes training co-workers much quicker and more easily understandable. The various modules make database management more effective (specifically EVENTS).

  • The ability to add as much data about a constituent as you want, in regards to giving, organizational, family relationships.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes the interface leaves a lot to be desired. Also, there seems to be consistent freezing issues that have never been resolved. Adding custom fields can be hard.

  • It is not user-friendly. While the tools at your disposal are copious, new users will be at a complete loss. We transferred over from another system and we still required a lot of training.

  • Pros

  • I love how easy it is to use, as well as the customer service! Everyone is pleasant, prompt and so helpful!

  • Great customer support. Terrific flow between content management and database. Unlimited cloud storage.

  • Cons

  • It doesn't integrate that well with quickbooks. It's very time consuming transferring between the 2 programs and as much as I love it, it's not cheap.

  • I has many features we don't use such as downloading financials.
