Incredible. Congrats on having such a useful and beautiful platform for non-profits to use. Money is always an issue, and having low costs to raise $$ is idea. I have used the silent auction features with another organization and those work very well. #### Cons Live Auction was a little bit complicated, we wanted to be able to connect our ticketed event to a Live Auction number at check-in, but that didn't work. We love this platform, so we found a workaround using the QR code on every table -- but might be a nice feature to consider: adding a PaddleRaise number at check-in, exporting the guest list data into a PaddleRaise campaign and maintaining the number assigned at check-in. Then, when a live raise happens, helpers could add amounts to each bidder and send them a notification to their phones to check-out. #### Reasons for choosing BetterWorld I tried to select AuctionFrogs (but couldn't). The BetterWorld items you can add to auctions are great, and I also like how I can list things we do and allow people to donate toward that specific cause. #### Cons It didn't work. We hinged a lot of our fundraising strategy on our silent auction, but when we got to our event, most people couldn't bid. They instead got a message that they needed to accept terms and conditions, but there was no clear way to do that. We ended up having to do a messy hybrid of online and in-person bids, but this put our online bidders at a severe disadvantage. BetterWorld's ineptitude cost us a lot of money and was easily the worst part of our event.
