Pros/Cons
Pros
- Good way to consolidate contacts and keep track of previous leads. Good reporting software, with a little manual effort can be a useful weekly pipeline progress reporting tool.
- The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
- Bitrix24 is a great CRM for advanced users and professional sales teams and marketers. For new users, it's important to highlight the learning curve to achieve the maximum results with this platform.
Cons
- I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
- And that could be the case, but the problem is that when onboarding a team and asking them to use it for a few simple tasks it causes information overload for them.
- They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.
Pros
- Business survives when you have a great channel like chatfuel that helps you connect to clients or customers quickly. Chatfuel has been very good in such area.
- Best of beginner and a non-techie guy to start building their messenger bot. An important thing is, You can build your chatbot for free.
- Most of all I liked that even free functions of this chatbot provide a possibility to build a powerful chatbot for FB messenger.
Cons
- The mid-pandemic changes in tiered pricing was inconvenient for a non-profit on a limited budget.
- Documentation is also poor. There is no support for subroutines, jumping around a conversation.
- Overall experience little more than adequate. The few publishing channels available and the mixed approach between blocks and flows makes the work fragmented and not optimized, which is a shame.
