  • Pros

  • We love the Bitrix24 as we just adopted this tool as CRM but then we explored the more features and started using them. Thanks for Bitrix24 team for making this brilliant tool.
  • The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
  • It provides a great customer support. Bitix24 has dedicated support teams spread out across various countries including my country- a great way to serve customers.
  • Cons

  • I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
  • And that could be the case, but the problem is that when onboarding a team and asking them to use it for a few simple tasks it causes information overload for them.
  • They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.

  • I love the landing page builder and ability to import a URL and basically create any type of landing page. This makes creating funnels super easy.
  • A pleasure to work with, really want to do anything thy can to help you out.
  • It is amazing to me how feature-rich the platform is at the cost.
  • Cons

  • It made no sense that they rather lose a customer totally than provide a discount so that to me suggested bad business and support in the future.
  • It’s hard to edit email Templates and landing pages.
  • As this software is packed full with features, it can be quite confusing to use it for the first time, and to choose the correct tool that i need to running the project objective that i has planned.
