  • Pros

  • Good way to consolidate contacts and keep track of previous leads. Good reporting software, with a little manual effort can be a useful weekly pipeline progress reporting tool.
  • The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
  • Bitrix24 is a great CRM for advanced users and professional sales teams and marketers. For new users, it's important to highlight the learning curve to achieve the maximum results with this platform.
  • Cons

  • I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
  • And that could be the case, but the problem is that when onboarding a team and asking them to use it for a few simple tasks it causes information overload for them.
  • They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.

  • Since I am not an IT nerd, I really enjoy the user friendliness and the intuitive handling of the platform. Our alumni and student community is really happy about our new homepage.
  • Hivebrite are a great company to work with - responsive and supportive to our needs they offer a great service that is affordable for an SME like ours. I would highly recommend.
  • Our community has taken to it very well, the features are a great fit for our team and our community, and the support from our account manager and the support team has been really great.
  • Cons

  • There is a charge for each financial transaction made by users within the platform, in addition to the standard fee for Stripe and Paypal, which is quite abusive and inconvenient.
  • It is actually hard to run an Alumni platform and community because it is very hard to onboard the community.
  • Sometimes the price can be a bit much, which makes it difficult being in a team, we can't all use the software.
