  • Pros

  • Good way to consolidate contacts and keep track of previous leads. Good reporting software, with a little manual effort can be a useful weekly pipeline progress reporting tool.
  • The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
  • We love the Bitrix24 as we just adopted this tool as CRM but then we explored the more features and started using them. Thanks for Bitrix24 team for making this brilliant tool.
  • Cons

  • I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
  • And that could be the case, but the problem is that when onboarding a team and asking them to use it for a few simple tasks it causes information overload for them.
  • They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.

  • From administrators to calendar users, the platform is intuitive to use and offers truly useful features. Our users love the ease of expressing interest in an event and notifications in their inbox.
  • The integration with our event management system is great and the UX is really good. Super user-friendly and clear with labels, flexible to add your own tags/categories, etc.
  • I like that the platform is very user friendly. We train users around the university to add events and is it extremely helpful to be user friendly.
  • Cons

  • Having to deal with spam comments and events can be frustrating. Not sufficient documentation for creating custom widgets for our website.
  • Older newsletter feature was too limited and difficult, and the newer newsletter feature seems complicated still. A lot of software changes have been difficult to keep up with changes and features.
  • After I've uploaded a new audience, the response time a for it to appear and become useable. This is very confusing and stressful when you need to send the campaign.
