  • Pros

  • Good way to consolidate contacts and keep track of previous leads. Good reporting software, with a little manual effort can be a useful weekly pipeline progress reporting tool.
  • The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
  • We love the Bitrix24 as we just adopted this tool as CRM but then we explored the more features and started using them. Thanks for Bitrix24 team for making this brilliant tool.
  • Cons

  • I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
  • And that could be the case, but the problem is that when onboarding a team and asking them to use it for a few simple tasks it causes information overload for them.
  • They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.

  • It's nice to have a note application that is shared across multiple systems, like phone, tablet, home and work pc. Also nice to be able to share notes with anyone.
  • Implementation is super easy, additional features are great like click anywhere to get started.
  • OneNote is great and is a huge asset to me for my personal notes and documentation.
  • Cons

  • What's bad is that there is no option for displaying where the pages end. I saw a comment from a developer about this saying that it would be too difficult.
  • This delay can be frustrating if you are using OneNote to store information that your team needs to access quickly, for example, while they are on the phone with a customer.
  • However, once more layers are added, it can become difficult to navigate and find what you were once looking for.
