  • Pros

  • Good way to consolidate contacts and keep track of previous leads. Good reporting software, with a little manual effort can be a useful weekly pipeline progress reporting tool.
  • The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
  • Bitrix24 is a great CRM for advanced users and professional sales teams and marketers. For new users, it's important to highlight the learning curve to achieve the maximum results with this platform.
  • Cons

  • I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
  • And that could be the case, but the problem is that when onboarding a team and asking them to use it for a few simple tasks it causes information overload for them.
  • They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.

  • It is an excellent product and it is having excellent feature for configuration as per customer requirement and lots of add on feature for the organisation support to make the work easy.
  • User Interface, hdl loader better than fbl, effs and doffs are very great. We are very happy with these aspects.
  • What I like the most is that I can liberate a lot of space and on a computer, their databases are excellent I totally recommend it.
  • Cons

  • Extremely disappointed with the Software Advice, Oracle, and the integrator. It's been almost an impossibly bad process.
  • Inability for different parts of system to speak to each other.
  • Customer support sometimes difficult. Navigating all the Oracle resources can also be difficult.
