Pros/Cons
Pros
- Good way to consolidate contacts and keep track of previous leads. Good reporting software, with a little manual effort can be a useful weekly pipeline progress reporting tool.
- The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
- We love the Bitrix24 as we just adopted this tool as CRM but then we explored the more features and started using them. Thanks for Bitrix24 team for making this brilliant tool.
Cons
- I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
- And that could be the case, but the problem is that when onboarding a team and asking them to use it for a few simple tasks it causes information overload for them.
- They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.
Pros
- There are so many great features that our team is looking forward to try, including the live webcast, and we are always excited to test out the new & improved features.
- It's nice to have the multiple options including article, image, link, and video. I also enjoy being able to have multiple admin's for ease of control.
- I love the simplicity of using this software and the end result is professional and clean.
Cons
- Sometimes I get confused when news articles come through.
- Also it has no comment button so its hard to gauge staff comments.
- Feature requests and road-mapped items take forever to come out. No search functionality for users.
