  • Pros

  • I haven't ever used a program that has this feature. They genuinely care about their users and consistantly reach out to ensure they are still pleased with the program and the service received.
  • It's easy to use, mostly intuitive, you don't have to be techy to be successful at using it, and their customer support is world-class. The more we use Bloomerang, the more we love it.
  • Cons

  • The inability to correct bad emails without getting an override from customer service.
  • We are still having one problem with our conversion.
