Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is very user friendly and easy to figure out how to use. The customer service is great and I have always had all of my questions answered.

  • It is very easy to use and navigate. You can create custom fields for just about anything you can dream up to fit your unique company needs. The customer support is AWESOME.

  • Cons

  • Since it is a "newer" solution, it isn't as feature-rich as some long-time industry players, but that also means it isn't overly complex, which is a plus for us.

  • It's not really a "con" but it has taken a while to get completely comfortable with Bloomerang, however once "there" it's been great.

  • Pros

  • It is very easy to use, I like that I can update member information and it reflect immediately.

  • Easy to use, interface for web design is great. Easy to edit site.

  • Cons

  • A few features aren't intuitive, but these are mostly the "behind the scenes" administrative tasks.

  • There are some issues that have not been resolved. The response has been good in fixing issues. However, the past president still appears on invoices and member renewal emails.
