  • Pros

  • We find data entry of donations to be easy and effective. The ability to run reports on so many various features is wonderful.
  • It's easy to use, mostly intuitive, you don't have to be techy to be successful at using it, and their customer support is world-class. The more we use Bloomerang, the more we love it.
  • The Bloomerang team took care of it all, which was great. Then, their customer support team provided terrific assistance during our implementation learning curve.
  • Cons

  • Our current biggest annoyance is that it's hard to filter out mass emails when looking at a donor timeline. We have a workaround for that, so it's not been a major challenge to date.
  • The inability to correct bad emails without getting an override from customer service.
  • With our other software, I dreaded having to login each day because it was just a clunky system, but not with Bloomerang.

  • Customer Service is excellent - FAQ is super helpful - User-friendly for both Admins and Volunteers - All functions related to volunteer management and engagement are met using POINT.
  • POINT has been so eager to help our school get started and be successful. They are quick to offer tips and quick to implement any suggestions we might have.
  • Point app is easy to use, free and relatively intuitive. Best customer support I have ever received from a software in my career - Stephanie is responsive and helpful always.
  • Cons

  • Lack of back-end customizability in some scenarios.
  • Barrier of entry for volunteers is a bit high.
  • One takes you to "suggested events" and the other takes you to all your actual organization events. This has been confusing to my volunteers where they cant find events.
