Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is very user friendly and easy to figure out how to use. The customer service is great and I have always had all of my questions answered.

  • It is very easy to use and navigate. You can create custom fields for just about anything you can dream up to fit your unique company needs. The customer support is AWESOME.

  • Cons

  • Since it is a "newer" solution, it isn't as feature-rich as some long-time industry players, but that also means it isn't overly complex, which is a plus for us.

  • It's not really a "con" but it has taken a while to get completely comfortable with Bloomerang, however once "there" it's been great.

  • Pros

  • I love the ease of use, both from the administrative side as well as the general user.

  • Easy to use and well thought out. Customer service excellent and very responsive

  • Cons

  • The software is really good, the only issue is I think it could catch your eye more if it had more color.

  • There are a lot of features to learn to use, but once you figure it out, it's very helpful to run/manage event staff.
