I have only used it for 3 months and so far so good. Customer service is pretty good with things that they can answer quickly.

I love having the support staff to answer questions and helping with learning the program. Love the online payment portal for tenants.

For bookkeepers the easy integration of Xero and Quickbooks online is fantastic.

Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.

We previously used another one and Buildium is so much more organized , easy to use and the support is amazing.

For accountants it is frustrating with the reports. For our owners it is even more frustrating.

It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.

Our owners know they are in good hands when they can easily see where there money is spent and feel confident that we are protecting their investment.

Sometimes we type in a name and it doesn't come up, but other times it's there. It's hit or miss on the search feature not working properly.

They the expectation wrong, which can lead only to lack of preparation and difficulties to implement. Onboarding team is rushed and does not provide enough support.

Clients get confused as they think that means the application fee is being charged before I, the processing agent, even sees the application.

Their tech support has been outstanding over the years. I highly recommend this product to any landlord or property manager.

Easy to navigate and love the way everything integrates.

Ease of staying on top of maintenance and rent/fees. Love that I get notifications when something is overdue or when a tenant submits a maintenance request.

Buildium is an awesome program to record and track tenant payments, issues, maintenance requests, etc. For the most part it is user friendly.

Great program, I came from TOPS and this is more affordable and easier to use.

Great product,  user friendly,  easy set up,  reliable and convenient. Great for any size business.

So comfortable to use from filing to email/texting collecting rent this is an awesome software.

I really love all the features buildium has from all the information we input in to it and it makes it all so helpful from top to bottom.

There are a few items that seem so obvious to have, but are missing. I can't customize reports, which is a real bummer.

Without the great service that we used to enjoy, I find myself thinking more about price shopping. There are other good software options, what we were in love with was Buildium's great support.

Although the customer service was amazing. They always answered my question as best as they could and would spend even hour(s) on the phone with me.

I am not familiar with accounting and have problems sometimes.

Many nicely laid out functions, good tech support with any issues or questions, easy to use and teach new team members, integrated inspection app, has a mobile app function.

If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.

The support team is knowledgeable, responsive and dedicated to our success.

In many situations , I waited 2 months to get a response!!! usually it's weeks. I have complained many times, but the response was that we can pay for faster response time.

I also find there are some traditionally standard BO operations that can't be done, which frustrates me. I don't think the system should dictate how we do business.

We also like the ability to clone donation forms (non-complex ones) ourselves, to customize them for specific purposes.

Plus, it's on the Salesforce platform which means it's secure, fast, and reliable, as well as scalable and configurable.

Love that we can customize almost anything to meet our unique needs. Ease of reporting, either using pre-made reports that come built in, or by customizing our own for specific details.

That staff person should learn as much about the software as they can to troubleshoot minor problems in-house so you won't need their support system for small things.

Patron manager makes for easy training. We have a new staff every summer, mostly college age people and it's got to be something that is straightforward, simple, and easy to retrain and reteach.

It's the most robust integrated crm/ticketing solution for businesses below a certain sales threshold; the best of a bad lot.

Their customer service and online help is world class, and keeps getting better each year with additional webinars and added content.

Overall Patronmanager is a good product for the price. Great for mid-size organizations.

Truly an integrated CRM system that allows us to see what our members and non-members are doing.

PatronManager is a comprehensive CRM that lacks the ease of use that comparable programs have.

Overall this is a great program. The CRM aspect is important and of course useful, but the most impactful part of the program for our organization is reporting.

There are some nice features that makes some set ups easy and quick.

Any customizations bring hidden fees. The software is only marginally accessible for blind users.

Plus, it is stored by a major corporation on highly secure systems. All in all, the system delivers incredible features and the price is great.

This is an excellent, robust ticketing system that lets us run our entire company in Salesforce, the world's leading CRM. All our data are in one place.

They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are great teachers.
