I have only used it for 3 months and so far so good. Customer service is pretty good with things that they can answer quickly.

I love having the support staff to answer questions and helping with learning the program. Love the online payment portal for tenants.

For bookkeepers the easy integration of Xero and Quickbooks online is fantastic.

Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.

We previously used another one and Buildium is so much more organized , easy to use and the support is amazing.

For accountants it is frustrating with the reports. For our owners it is even more frustrating.

It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.

Our owners know they are in good hands when they can easily see where there money is spent and feel confident that we are protecting their investment.

Sometimes we type in a name and it doesn't come up, but other times it's there. It's hit or miss on the search feature not working properly.

They the expectation wrong, which can lead only to lack of preparation and difficulties to implement. Onboarding team is rushed and does not provide enough support.

Clients get confused as they think that means the application fee is being charged before I, the processing agent, even sees the application.

Their tech support has been outstanding over the years. I highly recommend this product to any landlord or property manager.

Easy to navigate and love the way everything integrates.

Ease of staying on top of maintenance and rent/fees. Love that I get notifications when something is overdue or when a tenant submits a maintenance request.

Buildium is an awesome program to record and track tenant payments, issues, maintenance requests, etc. For the most part it is user friendly.

Great program, I came from TOPS and this is more affordable and easier to use.

Great product,  user friendly,  easy set up,  reliable and convenient. Great for any size business.

So comfortable to use from filing to email/texting collecting rent this is an awesome software.

I really love all the features buildium has from all the information we input in to it and it makes it all so helpful from top to bottom.

There are a few items that seem so obvious to have, but are missing. I can't customize reports, which is a real bummer.

Without the great service that we used to enjoy, I find myself thinking more about price shopping. There are other good software options, what we were in love with was Buildium's great support.

Although the customer service was amazing. They always answered my question as best as they could and would spend even hour(s) on the phone with me.

I am not familiar with accounting and have problems sometimes.

Many nicely laid out functions, good tech support with any issues or questions, easy to use and teach new team members, integrated inspection app, has a mobile app function.

If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.

The support team is quickly responsive when we have questions or specific needs to accommodate integration with other platforms.

It can sometimes be difficult to find the specific data points I'm looking for.

From the start Peoplegrove created a user friendly platform that allow us to customize features, visual appearance and functions.

We also love the analytics functionalities which provide us with a very robust picture of all our users' experiences.

The customer support with PG has been exceptional -- very responsive and training is great.

Additionally, the customer service from the support team is superior to any other product I have used. The support team answers inquiries swiftly and provides the right solution the first time around.

We enjoyed being part of the process of building the software to our specific needs for our students and for our alumni.

PeopleGrove is an amazing platform. It allows users to connect and network, to review resources, to follow learning paths to gain skills/knowledge, and to apply to jobs or attend events.

The product is easy to use, easy to configure, and meets the most critical needs in forging student-alumni and alumni-alumni connections for professional networking.

The networking opportunities our alumni have been granted. Integration has been good -- excited for the new Razors Edge integration.

PeopleGrove provides excellent customer service that helps customers customize, learn, and better implement their programs.

It's a great platform, the customer service is top-notch, and the PG team is made up of innovative thinkers who can help their customers problem solve.

I also love as an admin, I can all interactions between the users which is helpful for analytics, offering support throughout, or having to intervene if things are not going as they should.

Overall, I've had a good experience with PeopleGrove. They've been great partners to my institution.

I think with all new systems it can be hard to get alumni to sign up and in the habit of using it. It always takes far more time than any of us anticipate.

We're so glad we adopted their product early on, and are happy with how they continue to evolve to support community building for our University.

The job board requires quite a bit of management as there was no HR community to tap.

I love being able to see all of our information in a quick glance on my dashboard and how Insights provides more detailed information.

The best part of PeopleGrove is that it is comprehensive. It has enabled us to take multiple features and streamline them into one system.

The barriers for students to register and complete their profiles have got to be lowered.

We also appreciate PeopleGrove constantly ideating and identifying innovative ways in which we can support our students and alumni.

PeopleGrove is very user friendly and has made some great updates in the last year to their reporting feature which helps us show ROI for this platform.

The only pain point that I have about the software is the notifications feature.

With PeopleGrove, we have the HOME of the Notre Dame network, which is the only place to tap the ND Network. PeopleGrove has been a wonderful partner, and we appreciate their collaborative mindset.

Their tech support team has answered my questions and helped me improve the platform, which also helped me learn how to better navigate the admin features.
