I have only used it for 3 months and so far so good. Customer service is pretty good with things that they can answer quickly.

I love having the support staff to answer questions and helping with learning the program. Love the online payment portal for tenants.

For bookkeepers the easy integration of Xero and Quickbooks online is fantastic.

Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.

We previously used another one and Buildium is so much more organized , easy to use and the support is amazing.

For accountants it is frustrating with the reports. For our owners it is even more frustrating.

It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.

Our owners know they are in good hands when they can easily see where there money is spent and feel confident that we are protecting their investment.

Sometimes we type in a name and it doesn't come up, but other times it's there. It's hit or miss on the search feature not working properly.

They the expectation wrong, which can lead only to lack of preparation and difficulties to implement. Onboarding team is rushed and does not provide enough support.

Clients get confused as they think that means the application fee is being charged before I, the processing agent, even sees the application.

Their tech support has been outstanding over the years. I highly recommend this product to any landlord or property manager.

Easy to navigate and love the way everything integrates.

Ease of staying on top of maintenance and rent/fees. Love that I get notifications when something is overdue or when a tenant submits a maintenance request.

Buildium is an awesome program to record and track tenant payments, issues, maintenance requests, etc. For the most part it is user friendly.

Great program, I came from TOPS and this is more affordable and easier to use.

Great product,  user friendly,  easy set up,  reliable and convenient. Great for any size business.

So comfortable to use from filing to email/texting collecting rent this is an awesome software.

I really love all the features buildium has from all the information we input in to it and it makes it all so helpful from top to bottom.

There are a few items that seem so obvious to have, but are missing. I can't customize reports, which is a real bummer.

Without the great service that we used to enjoy, I find myself thinking more about price shopping. There are other good software options, what we were in love with was Buildium's great support.

Although the customer service was amazing. They always answered my question as best as they could and would spend even hour(s) on the phone with me.

I am not familiar with accounting and have problems sometimes.

Many nicely laid out functions, good tech support with any issues or questions, easy to use and teach new team members, integrated inspection app, has a mobile app function.

If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.

This software is extremely user friendly to both users and admins. The ease of experience creates a well-flowing donor experience that reflects positively on us.

I love the ability to leave comments after purchasing raffle tickets - it makes the experience fun and engaging.

Using RallyUp we were able to keep the majority of the money we raised at the school and ultimately had a more successful fundraiser.

This didn't used to be a problem, as administrators could edit the pledge to add the upper limit. This year that functionality was removed and it made everything more confusing for everyone.

I loved that this product was so easy from a UI and marketing perspective.

Also, the reporting was confusing and didn't give me, the campaign manager, a single view to see everyone that has bid by item and what the current highest bid was.

We love the pledge and fixed rate donation features, the dashoard and the overall ease of the programming. For non website builders, it was fairly easy to use.

No customer service and fees charged by Rallyup that are not explainable. Beware When trying to short problems out it is almost impossible to get support.

I enjoy the ease of use. Set up is quick and once you've done before, the second and third times are a snap.

When calling in you speak to very knowledgeable employees who will go out of their way to help. They are very responsive and they reply quickly.

The FAQs are very clear and there are a lot of them to get any answers you need. If you could not find your answer, it was very easy to email and the responses were very prompt and efficient.

Definitely makes fundraising easier and the online reach helps us raise more money.

It's easy to use, simple and straight-forward, customer service is timely and super helpful.

Sometimes it can be difficult for people to sign up, depending on their technical aptitude.

It is easy to use, setting up a campaign can be done quickly. The support staff and sales staff are very supportive and helpful.

I missing having the option of speaking to a real person. It seems as if you have moved away from phone service to email and chat sessions.

This year, another layer was added which allowed for a limited number of discounted tickets to be sold within the same raffle set-up as the regular price tickets.

For a non-profit there was a potential loss of revenue that we weren't truly getting all that someone was willing to pay for an auction item.

Our experience has always been positive - from the ease of creating our raffle to the customer service we receive.

Online platform for fundraising. Ability to incorporate other participants to help with fund raising.

So if we are stuck etc, we never panic because we know RallyUp has our back and is there to answer questions and fix any issues.

Overall, I love the Rally Up software and support team. Rally Up keeps improving the software and adding in new features to give customers/clients the best options for our fundraising needs.

I choose this software because of the leaderboard functionality. We had a lot of volunteers who were passionate about selling, so this functionality made it fun for them.

Excellent company and a great way to have fundraisers without the hassle.

It helped me to more than double the amount of money we raised and they provide outstanding back end support. We are looking to use their online auction service this year in addition to the raffle.

I currently can't think of anything that I necessarily dislike about rally up.

Overall, working with Rally-up has been wonderful. The software is easy to understand, set-up, and execute.

Excellence would be my description of Rally Up. I liked that they are willing to negotiate pricing and that they give you lots of options.

The featured image has some strange sizing issues. And the sections on the back-end or sort of difficult to navigate -- it's hard to know what exactly is where.
