I have only used it for 3 months and so far so good. Customer service is pretty good with things that they can answer quickly.

I love having the support staff to answer questions and helping with learning the program. Love the online payment portal for tenants.

For bookkeepers the easy integration of Xero and Quickbooks online is fantastic.

Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.

We previously used another one and Buildium is so much more organized , easy to use and the support is amazing.

For accountants it is frustrating with the reports. For our owners it is even more frustrating.

It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.

Our owners know they are in good hands when they can easily see where there money is spent and feel confident that we are protecting their investment.

Sometimes we type in a name and it doesn't come up, but other times it's there. It's hit or miss on the search feature not working properly.

They the expectation wrong, which can lead only to lack of preparation and difficulties to implement. Onboarding team is rushed and does not provide enough support.

Clients get confused as they think that means the application fee is being charged before I, the processing agent, even sees the application.

Their tech support has been outstanding over the years. I highly recommend this product to any landlord or property manager.

Easy to navigate and love the way everything integrates.

Ease of staying on top of maintenance and rent/fees. Love that I get notifications when something is overdue or when a tenant submits a maintenance request.

Buildium is an awesome program to record and track tenant payments, issues, maintenance requests, etc. For the most part it is user friendly.

Great program, I came from TOPS and this is more affordable and easier to use.

So comfortable to use from filing to email/texting collecting rent this is an awesome software.

I really love all the features buildium has from all the information we input in to it and it makes it all so helpful from top to bottom.

There are a few items that seem so obvious to have, but are missing. I can't customize reports, which is a real bummer.

Without the great service that we used to enjoy, I find myself thinking more about price shopping. There are other good software options, what we were in love with was Buildium's great support.

Although the customer service was amazing. They always answered my question as best as they could and would spend even hour(s) on the phone with me.

I am not familiar with accounting and have problems sometimes.

Many nicely laid out functions, good tech support with any issues or questions, easy to use and teach new team members, integrated inspection app, has a mobile app function.

If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.

It's great how specific this software is. It really makes managing volunteers more smooth and keeps communication in one place.

I do like the user friendly interface when interacting from a laptop or computer. I think most items are very intuitive and like the customization that can be done for each each event and shift.

Includes texting to volunteers; easy to send texts and emails for very reasonable price and a good number of features. Fairly responsive customer service.

We tried to develop a scheduling software to alleviate the stress and problems, but nothing really worked. Then we met VolunteerMark and it was a life-changer.

I love the user friendly website and the ways I can track volunteer hours. I appreciate the customer support that is always available.

I like that I get an email every time someone signs up for a volunteer shift and that I have to confirm it before it goes on the calendar.

Overall, my experience with VolunteerMark has been fantastic. We like the system and will continue to use it.

It was difficult for me to set up in the way that I needed and there were so many weird bugs that were alarming.

I would recommend VolunteerMark to anyone looking to grow their volunteer base. The entire platform is also very easy to use which is a plus.

Their customer support is hands  down their best feature. They also did a lot of work to make the platform work for our organizations needs.

It's hard to incorporate our older, non-computer literate volunteers.

There are some missing functions and customizing capabilities that would make this software really stand out.

We use the system to reserve and book volunteer groups for our Family Meal program. I like the ease with which volunteer groups can view availability and sign up for a volunteer date.

My graphics/logos have a somewhat distorted appearance. Volunteers have expressed they are not able to sign up for multiple shifts at one time- they have to sign up for each one individually.

In general, it is easy to use and serves its purpose, but could use some more functions.

I appreciate their years of service and prompt/helpful customer support.

It is a site that our volunteers can use to sign up for volunteer shifts and log their volunteer hours. I also like the live chat.

I like that it is easy for users to sign up and pick a date to volunteer.

It is easy to set-up, implement and meets the majority of our needs.

The process is short, simple and quick. Another feature of the software that I like and it's not related to the software itself, but the system's tech support and customer service.

You can only use as an attachment which is bad. Volunteers don't want to open attachments.

Not good for event management, buggy, also user interface has room for improvement.

This product works well for our organization, but it still needs some adapting to better suit our needs.

This was an amazing investment into our program. It is incredibly user friendly and easy to transition to from the old system.
