It is visually appealing, easy to use, and most importantly comes with the best customer service around. Seriously, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is amazing, so with this product you are getting someone who cares, is available, and knows how to effectively raise money. Cons: The only thing I can think of is it was difficult to rank the featured auction items, but other than that, it was great.
