  • Pros

  • CharityEngine is a great CRM tool, for me the feature I use most often is query builder to create custom reports of specific parts and types of data.
  • I also very much appreciate being able to write complex queries and then schedule them to send me reports as frequently as I want them.
  • Cons

  • The vendor provided poor training and set-up options for the front-line fundraising team.
  • The product was grossly over-sold by the sales team.

  • For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.
  • I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

  • Jacked up prices, extortionist mentality, poor business practices, unprofessional support, machiavellian attitude sales doctrines, etc.
  • There are times when we bump into a defect, these defects will impact our business processes and users.
