CharityTracker is user friendly and intuitive. They software allows us to serve our clients and provide referrals effectively and with integrity.

Overall CharityTracker is a great tool for non-profits and I'd recommend the program to anyone who's looking to simplify the way that they keep track of participants, donors, etc.

Our overall experience has been great. The CharityTracker support team is awesome.

After I add a few more cases, the software will keep logging me out again. This has been very frustrating.

I would recommend this for anyone that would like to give and get help giving as well.

What I dislike about this software is that when their  is duplicate accounts it was a difficult process it combine the accounts.

This gives you quick demographic information and fast data that can be useful—a friendly resource to connect you to local grassroots work.

I like the customer support CharityTracker provides, we had some issues with processing some case files and they assisted promptly.

I love the usefulness for our organization that runs a food pantry and works with our community to better help those in need. We want to help people become independent and self-sufficient.

We were not able to keep names of disaster victims associated with the name of the disaster by which they were affected.

Charity Tracker makes client management simple for companies in the non profit sector. We have enjoyed lowering our overall costs with this tool.

I personally think it is a wonderful idea and I liked the barcode that you could scan now that helped with less time show people how to use the computer site.

One great thing is we can edit the patrons information easily. It connects with other like charity organizations in our area.

The ease of learning Charity Tracker was excellent. We could interface with other agencies to better monitor our clients.

They help generate great reports of everything and that is helpful for both keeping records and making presentations to the district representatives.

I love that it is easy to use. I love the referral feature probably the most because it allows you to request services on behalf of a client without ever having to leave the office, submit anything.

That is what I like most about this software. The reporting functionality is also pretty excellent.

The reports aren't instantaneous and take a little while to get back to you sometimes when you request them, which is a little bit of a pain.

It is difficult at times to maneuver around options that are available to you at times. You have to really explore everything.

CharityTracker is a pretty cool idea and is pretty easy to navigate. The idea behind this is great, especially for someone who is in the nonprofit industry.

From the trial version of Charity Tracker  I would say it is a great software to use if you are keeping track of incoming and outcoming of money.

I like the barcode scanner component, it makes it really easy to find clients. I also like the way it integrates with all of the other charities in the community and helps us coordinate.

One of the best benefits of this software is the ability to connect other service providers to a single client.

Identifying the most needy in our community. Avoiding those who would abuse the system.

What I like most is how easy it was to learn how to utilize. I appreciated the introductory video, as well as the customer support.

I love that it is user friendly. I love that it provides organization and streamlines communication in the community.

It is also disappointing that the local Trustee's office is no longer covering the cost of the software, which will lead to more agencies dropping it because they cannot afford to keep it.

We are just starting to use this less than a year but so far we are liking it because it is easy to use, very user friendly. It makes it really easy to track for clients, and donors.

I love how it can integrate with other organizations and document the Bridges out of Poverty data collections.

Best support team ever, software or otherwise. Also really appreciate the control we have to be able to readily adapt the software to meet our specific needs.

Our organization demands a firewall that doesn't allow for a cloud based program.

The product is incredibly flexible, reliable, stable, and expands as your program expands. The customer service is unmatched.

I have had very good success with VSYS. I like to believe I am tech savvy but there is quite a bit I don’t understand or have difficulty using.

Creating volunteer accounts is very user friendly and it is easy to add new data collection points specifically for our program (i.e. we have 34 locations to track).

Customization is awesome. You can really make the product look and feel however you like for you as the administrator and for the end user.

As a Program Manager I’m super pleased with my regular support contact at VSys.

The help line is fantastic and are very knowledgeable and patient. They are responsive to requests and upgrades.

There are also times when systems that have been in place for awhile just stop working, such as notifications and or sections on forms.

We have a team of volunteers that input data and do so with confidence. If there is a question on how to perform a function the Help desk staff are outstanding.

The product line is confusing - VSys One, VSys Lite, VSys Live, VSys Kiosk, VSys Live Kiosk. A few key features that were promised by the project leader have failed to materialize.

Flexibility – We are able to customize what the volunteer sees and what staff see to meet both needs. Parks recruit volunteers for their greatest needs – a first for us.

It really matters who you work with weekly and for emergency troubleshooting – their knowledge base and demeanor (not making you feel like an idiot when it's user error) is sooo important.

I often end up calling but I feel a little guilty at calling for things that I should be able to do.

We are able to customize the database to meet our best practices and procedures.

The one feature that doesn't work well for our program is the calendar process. We have not used this feature.

I find VSys to be very user friendly. It is very intuitive and easy to figure out.

Since day one we have had an amazing working relationship with the entire Vsys team. They are responsive, accommodating, and fun to work with.

The possibilities with VSys are endless. The ability to create custom forms with pictures, links and attachments is great.

Reporting is very easy to use and we can create custom reports to meet our business and compliance needs.

Even when I'm being less than intelligent they are patient and walk me through what must seem to them as easy. The fact that you actually get a person is wonderful.

I love that we always have support when we call in for help with VSys. Everyone at the office is helpful and if they cannot figure it out they ask for help from another VSys staff member.

I have been talking with my colleagues in New England  who are making the most of VSys now and we’re all so happy with the system.
