  • Pros

  • Churchteams is very customizable, user-friendly, and comes with outstanding customer service. Any time we have a need, Churchteams staff is quick to respond and pleased to help.
  • We are very excited about all the opportunities to implement the various features - having different ministries use the scheduling feature is next on the list. Customer service has been excellent.
  • Cons

  • Only negative to me is that with online giving and text to give, a physical address needs to be required when first setting up the account.
  • The user interface is ugly and sometimes clunky.

  • I love the dashboard features that give you a quick glance across the board, ease of targeting list members, and the new event functions.
  • This software is customizable and has endless features to help manage all levels of operations.
  • Cons

  • TERRIBLE response from support team. Reports are flawed, have holes, there are more workarounds to make sure that the right things are included and excluded.
  • I have repeatedly found that the text adds a return prior to completely filling a line. I have removed formatting, and it doesn't change this problem.
