Also the ease of using the software allowed us more time to concentrate on other things pertaining to the auction because we did not have to worry about the software working properly. Their customer service is great-- they have a dedicated staff member assigned to you for the duration of your contract and for the day of your event at no extra charge. So while I wish we could make our landing page a little more customized, I will gladly trade that for the ease in the rollout.
